We strive to raise funds for the charity in various way and forms, on a continuous basis: Charity Walks; Charity Dinners; Participation in flea markets; Co-operation with charity fund-raising clubs, companies, schools, associations; Sale of Christmas cards, items for Valentine Day; Direct appeals and presentations with the aim of obtaining funds from corporations, associations, schools and individuals; Sale of items produced by the needy who we support.
Currently we have a project to get a water well drilled and reinforced for a poor family. The related costs are considerable. We need to raise the related funds as soon as we can. For donations and information relating to the subject please call Bernadette at tel. no. 2983 8744.
The followwing children's clothes for girls and boys from age 3 to age 9 are needed urgently fo distribution to the needy in Sri Lanka: 100% cotton T-shirts and shorts / trousers; vests and briefs; socks.

We appreciate your donations of used children's and adult books, fiction or non-ficition. We will sell these on the quarterly fela markets taking place at Discovery Bay Plaza. Incidentally, the next DB Flea Market will take place on April 11, 2010, from 12 noon till 5:00 PM. Look out for our booth!
